這是真的！我們很幸運能夠變老。這代表我們過著長長的充滿希望的生活。我們犯錯過，但也有時間從這些錯誤中記取教訓。我們愛過，也失去過。我們曾經笑到尿褲子，也曾經因為尿褲子而笑自己。
It’s true. We’re lucky to be able to grow old. It means that we’ve lived a long and hopefully fulfilling life. We’ve made mistakes, but also had time to learn from those mistakes. We’ve loved and lost. We’ve laughed until we’ve paid our pants. We’ve peed our pants and laughed.

變老並不可怕！對我來說，這是非常值得珍藏的。
我是阿嬤帶大的，現在看到我媽媽帶我的孩子，真的很感動。我們不僅從我們的長輩那裡學到了很多東西，也從我們的晚輩那裡學到了很多東西。老一輩有很多故事和經驗可以跟我們分享和指導我們，而年輕一代則激勵著我們的熱情、活力和好奇心。
Growing old isn’t something to be afraid of. To me, it’s something to be treasured.
I was raised by my grandmother and seeing my mom with my children now, it really touches my heart. We learn so much from not only our elders but also the generations below us. While the older generations have so many stories and experiences to share and guide us, the younger generations have passion, energy and curiosity which inspire us.
